Coverage depends on scheduling and travel, so we confirm eligibility by ZIP code before anything is booked — share yours when you inquire, and we will tell you plainly whether a home visit or a nearby meeting location is workable, and whether any travel fee applies.
Visits are by appointment only. There is no walk-in office. Any travel fee is agreed before you commit.

Private sessions are also available by video or phone. We send a simple link — or simply call you — and you follow along on your own device. Virtual sessions cover the same ground as in-person lessons, other than hands-on device setup.
Arranging help for a parent in the area
If you live elsewhere and are arranging support for a parent or family member in Nassau County, we can work with both of you: you handle the inquiry, and we confirm directly with them that they want to participate. They stay in charge, and you receive updates only with their permission.
