WHAT TO EXPECT
What happens during a session
No jargon, no rushing, and no assumption that you should already know this. A session is a calm hour spent getting one real thing done — on your device, at your pace.
Before we meet
- You send a request with the times that suit you. Those are preferred times, not confirmed appointments — Bradley replies personally to confirm one.
- For in-person visits in Nassau County, we confirm your ZIP code and the meeting place first. Virtual sessions happen by video or phone, whichever you prefer.
- Bring the device you actually use. Nothing needs to be installed beforehand.
During the session
- We pick your task. A letter, a plan, a family story, a document you want explained. If you are not sure, we will find one together.
- We do it together. You type, I guide. Questions are welcome at any point, including the ones you think are too basic.
- We check the result. What looks wrong, what is missing, and what needs a reliable source or a professional before you act on it.
- We write it down. Plain steps, in your words, so the next time you do it alone.
Session lengths
- Free introductory conversation — 20 minutes, virtual, no obligation.
- Private session, in person — 75 minutes in Nassau County.
- Private session, virtual — 60 minutes by video or phone.
- Community workshops — arranged by date with the host organization.
Privacy and family participation
You stay in control. We never ask for passwords, PINs, or account numbers. Notes are kept only so a follow-up session is useful, and family members join only if you want them there. A fuller account is on our privacy and human-support commitments page.
Ready when you are
Requests are answered personally. Nothing is charged and nothing is confirmed until you and Bradley agree on a time.
