INSPIRED BY EVIE
Technology should help people keep doing what they love.
My grandmother, Evie, lived independently until she was 94 and drove until she was 92. She was curious, social, and always looking for something to do.
She was the person telling friends in her retirement community about a museum program, a library workshop, or an event worth attending — and saying, “I’ll drive.”
I helped Evie use her smart TV, email, Zoom, and computer. On Friday nights, she logged in to watch services at her synagogue. Technology was never the point. It was simply another way for her to stay connected to her faith, family, friends, community, and the life she loved.
Evie showed me that people do not need technology for technology’s sake. They need it to be practical, approachable, safe, and connected to what matters most.
EXPERIENCE
Practical judgment for what comes next.
For more than two decades, I have advised small-business owners and commercial-property owners across the New York market. My work has involved owner-led businesses and facilities across a range of professional, industrial, logistics, retail, healthcare, education, and property-intensive operating environments—often at important moments involving a lease, sale, expansion, downsizing, transition, or long-term ownership decision.
My experience includes advising business and property owners across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Long Island, and Westchester.
Over time, I saw the same pattern: people who have built businesses, managed property, raised families, and made important decisions carry decades of information, responsibilities, relationships, and details that do not disappear when life changes.
Today, I bring that same practical, detail-oriented approach to helping people, families, and owner-led businesses use technology and AI with greater confidence, organize what matters, and make recurring decisions easier to manage.
AI is a tool. Human judgment, personal choice, privacy, and independence come first.
THE EVIE STANDARD
Would this help Evie do more of what she loved?
Stay connected
Technology should make it easier to stay close to family, friends, faith, community, and the people who matter.
Stay curious
The goal is to keep learning, exploring, planning, and participating fully in life.
Stay in control
Every client moves at their own pace, with privacy, clear choices, and independence at the center.
Keep it practical
No jargon, no unnecessary tools, and no technology for technology's sake — only what solves a real problem.
